Check-in via key safe — no personal meeting required. Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM.

Fibre internet in both apartments — ideal for remote work and streaming.

Free underground garage

Underground garage directly at the house (max. 2.1 m height). For vans: 3 outdoor spaces available, no reservation.

aktivCARD with booking

Free access to over 150 leisure facilities: cable cars, pools, museums, and all public transport in the Regen district. Payment during online check-in.

Full kitchen & washing machine

Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room.
